Dark & Disturbing

Dark & Disturbing is the second time gage in the GPF Noire Series, an ongoing limited production of one-off gages with an undertone of melancholy. The electro-etched black PVD case, the oxidized, textured bikini dial, the skeletonized, carved and oxidized movement, the golden hands filled with carbon fiber dust, the double layer, black leather strap, all work together to give this watch a singularly refined, dark gothic feel… There is a lot of detail under the crystal that can be seen from both, front and back. All movement and parts modifications, case, leather and box work was done in-house at Great Potential Farm.

Black PVD stainless steel case, measuring 42mm X 11mm. Exhibition, screw on caseback. Rated to 3ATM. Mineral crystal. 22mm spacing between the lugs. Ruby inlaid onion crown.

Seagull ST3600 base caliber, hand winding, subseconds at 9 o’clock. Esthetically heavily modified.

Handmade dial with ruby and carbon fiber indices. Carbon fiber filled hours and minutes brushed brass hands… seconds hand floating an escapement fork ruby in its hollow.

Bespoke supple leather strap with signed buckle.
